This is Madison and she has been through hell literally.This 13 year old girl kicks ass and takes names ,bribes demons with candy bars and beats the piss out of Hitler to steals his mustache for her trophy kill belt.This is not your typical coming of age adolescent girls path of self discovery book like Judy Blume , even though you will notice the phrase used in the beginning of each chapter "are you there Satan ? , its me Madison ". All gore aside this book has a deeper message , you just have to read past the yucky parts ( which were so cool. mountains of discarded toe nails and cigarette butts ) I will leave the really yucky gruesome stuff out for you to discover on your own .This was such a great read I devoured it in a day and now I am blood thirsty for more Chuck P. ( if you are squeamish maybe you should pass on this one) wussy!
