'Damned' by Chuck Palahniuk

This is Madison and she has been through hell literally.This 13 year old girl kicks ass and takes names ,bribes demons with candy bars and beats the piss out of Hitler to steals his mustache for her trophy kill belt.This is not your typical coming of age adolescent girls path of self discovery book like Judy Blume , even though you will notice the phrase used in the beginning of each chapter "are you there Satan ? , its me Madison ". All gore aside this book has a deeper message , you just have to read past the yucky parts ( which were so cool. mountains of discarded toe nails and cigarette butts ) I will leave the really yucky gruesome stuff out for you to discover on your own .This was such a great read I devoured it in a day and now I am blood thirsty for more Chuck P. ( if you are squeamish maybe you should pass on this one) wussy!

Hey y'all some say it is the beginning of the end of the world 2012 OMG we are all gonna die ! yikes , in that case I am doing what I do . Painting , coloring with pens , and spreading the word of the gospel . no not really . I am 30 going on 31 next month and I am totally and utterly unemployable . So why not venture out and try my hand at selling the one thing in this world that makes me happy , small children on the black market . no just kidding . my paintings , my weirdly beautiful abstract paintings . My family loves them , but they are obviously biased . but geez , I kinda feel like its my purpose in life . so there it is . anyone want to help buy top ramen for this starving artist .
